Reefsea Homes is owned and operated by brothers Chris and Gary Metcalfe. Building on the Gold Coast since 1979, these brothers know what makes a good home and more importantly they know what makes the building experience easy and enjoyable for their clients. With all aspects of the building process – from the design, colour selection through to the construction and handover – done in-house by the brothers, you can be assured of quality in service and workmanship.
The new ‘Capri’ design range capitalises on the best features of the Gold Coast lifestyle and epitomises the ‘resort style’ feel with large outdoor entertaining areas and wrap around pools. The ‘Capri Grande’ is the latest addition to the ‘Capri’ range.
